Camp Casey is excited to announce the fourth annual Golden Spurs Breakfast! This year’s event is being held at The Rust Belt Market in Ferndale on Wednesday, April 30 from 8:30 am – 10:00 am. This event joins together current and new supporters for a morning of networking and learning more about Camp Casey’s programs and the various ways to get involved.
Registration for this event is completely free, and we encourage you to bring as many guests as you can to come learn about our mission!

All proceeds from the 2025 Golden Spurs Breakfast will benefit Camp Casey’s cost-free horseback riding programs for children with cancer, sickle cell disease, and other life-threatening illnesses in Michigan.
In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Camp Casey is trotting over to Red Run Golf Club on Monday, September 22, 2025 for the Gold Ribbon Classic, hosted by our friends at Northwestern Mutual – Metro Detroit!
Enjoy some great golf while helping provide cost-free horseback riding programs to children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses in our community.

Camp Casey hosted its third annual Golden Spurs Breakfast on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10 AM at The Rust Belt Market in Ferndale, Michigan.
The fundraising event featured light breakfast, a presentation, opportunities to network, and the chance to meet a member of our Hero Herd!

This giving season, Camp Casey is saddling up for the 20th year of bringing happiness on horseback to children in our community with cancer, sickle cell disease, and other life-threatening illnesses.
The Cheers to 20 Years campaign kicks off on Giving Tuesday and continues until the end of the year, so mark your calendar for November 28, 2023.
