Who We Serve

To qualify for a Camp Casey program, families must:

  • Live with a child under 18-years old who has been diagnosed with or treated for a life-threatening (progressive, degenerative, or malignant) illness within the last 24 months
  • Diagnosis and/or treatment can be confirmed by physician (Camp Casey will take care of this after application is received)
  • Has not been served with a Horsey House Call, Cowboy Camp Out, or Lone Star Getaway in the past
  • Comply with Camp Casey’s policies (we’ll send you the waiver forms after the application is received)

Are you comfortable with media in attendance?*
Occasionally, a small camera crew will request to film our programs. You will be asked permission and given additional information if this were to fall on the date of your program.

Has your family ever been served by Camp Casey in the past?*
